The PowerBOX500 is the little brother of the PowerBOX1000 and is a portable power station. It has a capacity of 288Wh and the AC-outlet has a rated output power of 500W (750W peak power).
The PowerBOX500 is equipped with 1 AC-outlet, 1 DC output, 1x Car socket output, 1 USB-A Quick Charge 3.0 output and 2 USB-C Power Delivery outputs. This results in the possibility to charge or power 6 devices at once (at a total of 500W). All this in an extra safe way, because it does not use standard lithium-ion cells but the more advanced lithium iron phosphate cells (LiFePO4). This means that the cells are merely inflammable and can not overheat, also due to its advanced Battery Management System (BMS). The LiFePO4 battery cells can charge up to 3500 times with only a modest reduction in capacity. In comparison, lithium-ion cells can only be charged upto 500 times. But just as important is the fact that these cells are environmentally friendly!
The advanced BMS technology and its built-in fan makes that the PowerBOX500 is charged super fast and efficiently. Using the included AC power cable you can recharge it from 0% to 100% in just 1 hour and 10 minutes! However it is also possible to use solar panels (not included). Just plug it in the XT-60 input or DC-5221 input and the PowerBOX will charge by just enjoying the sun. Thanks to the advanced MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) technology, the maximum charging power is always generated from the solar panels.
The PowerBOX500 is an ideal accessory for camping, outdoor and all other places where there is no power at hand. Even at night the PowerBOX500 can assist you due to the built-in flashlight with 3 modes. (bright, ultra-bright and SOS signal).
