Avs Tx4-04 Waterproof Remote For Avs 3010 Alarms Only

This is a replacement case set for the AVS TX4-04 3010 waterproof remote. Model: AVSREMOTETX4043010 Batteries: 2x CR1616 Description: 3010 waterproof rolling code 433Mhz remote Used for: 3010 range (3010+, 3010, Keyless Entry) Alternative option for: 5000 and early model 3010 alarms with the surfboard remote (note there will be no function from the horn and boot button) Note: not interchangeable with the AVSREMOTETX404 Instructions for learning in AVS 3010 series remotes: The AVS 3010 series uses rolling code remotes. The system can have up to three remotes coded at any time. 1. Arm and then Disarm the alarm using the existing remote or pin code then open and close door. 2. Within 30-seconds enter the PIN code by turning ignition key from OFF to ON and back to OFF (eg. turn from OFF to ON to OFF 5 times for the factory set PIN.) 3. Wait 20-seconds, if the PIN was entered correctly the indicators will flash five times to indicate code learn mode. If not start again from 1. 4. Press the lock button on the new remote(s), the alarm will chirp once for each remote to be coded in (maximum of three). NOTE: Any existing remotes will need to be recoded at this time. Entering Remote programming mode will delete all remotes from system. 5. The system will exit after three remotes have been coded or after 20 seconds. 6. Test all remotes operate the alarm.
