RustSeal is a single component that is ready to use, has a high solid content, and is moisture-curing urethane.

RustSeal is specifically formulated to stop and encapsulate existing rust and corrosion and prevent new surfaces from developing rust. The coating has a low initial viscosity that wets and penetrates the surface to the origin of the rust. Using its moisture-curing mechanism, RustSeal combines with atmospheric moisture to start the curing process of the resins expanding and interlocking within the pores of the rust.
