Welding positioners are designed for the welder’s comfort. They help to reduce fatigue as the welder can stand in one position.
Welding positioners can be applied to any welding-related task as they rotate the object to be welded 360 degrees. By holding and rotating a work piece allow a welder to work at a proper angle and on a consistent surface. Positioners have the ability to rotate at a fast speed even when bearing significant weight.
Driven by a AC motor with angle reduction drive and speed controlled with a variable frequency drive. The Welding Positioner responds quickly, starting and stopping very smoothly.
The welding chuck and adjustable welding gun support can be furnished to fix the position of the welding torch.
Available in 100kg, 200kg and 300kg
