Very Good quality hardened high carbon steel construction. Tanged/Unhandled. Half round files are rounded one side, flat on the other. Double-cut (file both directions) top and bottom. For filing concave, convex and flat metal or wood surfaces. 2nd cut (medium). 200mm (8"). Carded.
